This 51 year old patient underwent a bilateral breast augmentation mastopexy, using 200 cc smooth round Mentor implants placed in a sub pectoral pocket with a superior pedicle mastopexy. This patient also underwent a vertical scar Abdominoplasty with plication of her recti.
